Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Everly. We’re so glad to be part of your family’s story. By placing an order through our website (www.everly.my), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at hello@everly.my and we’ll be right there to help. 

1. Ordering from Everly

When you place an order with us, you’re making an offer to purchase. Once we accept your order, a binding agreement is formed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid debit/credit card or payment method accepted by our payment gateway.

2. Payment

Payments are securely processed via our selected payment partners. By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms in addition to ours. Please ensure all payment details are accurate and that you have sufficient funds or credit. We may validate your payment before processing your order.

3. Product Pricing & Availability

We aim to keep all product details, descriptions, and prices accurate but we’re human, and errors can occur. If we spot an issue after you’ve placed an order (e.g. incorrect pricing or out-of-stock items), we’ll contact you within 3 working days to confirm, adjust, or cancel the order. If cancelled, we’ll offer you a store credit or refund.

Please note:

  • Prices shown do not include delivery fees or government taxes (if any), which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Our products are made for personal use only. Orders that appear to be for resale may be cancelled at our discretion.

4. Delivery

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Once your parcel is marked as “Delivered,” you have 48 hours to notify us of any missing or damaged items. If your item is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange for a replacement within 14 days of your report.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Orders are final once placed and paid. We do not allow cancellations or changes after confirmation, so please double-check your order before submitting. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we do accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. 6. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the site and placement of orders after any updates will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
